We all need someone who will cheer us on, believe in our dreams, and support our efforts. And when it comes to leadership, you have an opportunity to provide that for the people around you. This month at Polished, we are focusing on leading with enthusiasm. As we head into the summer months, it’s a unique time to allow the longer days to inspire a more sunny disposition. About Our Speaker

Caroline Ofe is the owner and Head Designer at the Look by Lina Interior Design Firm. Caroline and the team at The Look by Lina serve both residential and commercial clients to create spaces with magazine-worthy aesthetics and functional livability.

Caroline is a proud graduate of Baylor University, where she studied fashion and design. With a passion for using her gifts to serve others, she spent the first few years of her career working for an anti-human trafficking ministry. In 2020, after having the opportunity to help several family and friends design their homes, she was inspired to return to her design roots and launched The Look by Lina.

Caroline lives in Dallas, Texas, with her husband, Nate, their two daughters, Mercy and Grace, and their always-shedding dog, Duke.
